Welcome and thanks for stopping by!

I'm Sara, mom extrordinaire and creator of this little piece of the interwebs. I've been a SAHM in farm country in Ohio and a planner girl for about a decade now, and I love to craft (but I am no artist - there definitely is a difference!). I like to try various projects around the house (like making curtains). I'm also a Thirty-One consultant (BagLadySara). I love to get together with the gals for lunch or some wine, but I also like to chill at home with hubby Jake and a good TV show.

Paige is 16 years old now and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) at age 12 (our diagnosis story is HERE). She is active in our church, Show Choir, SADD, Student Council, 4H, Jr Fairboard, Teens for Christ, and anything else she can fit on her plate!

Aiden is 7 years old and was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at age 3 (read more HERE). He is still a little guy, so he's still learning tips and tricks and coping mechanisms, so I really don't know what the future holds for him yet.... and I'm trying to be ok with that.

Together we are trying to raise our two kiddos the best we can. We have had our struggles in life (as many of you have undoubtedly have) and we try our best to get through it together and with knowledge and humor. The path we walk is not always the easiest but its our path that we were given to walk, so walk we shall... or run, crazily waving our arms :)

I'd never thought of becoming a blogger, but since we have such unique experiences and have been asked advice on a multitude of things, I figured we could document it and hopefully help at least one person.

If you've got any questions or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to me using the form below. I'm no expert and will never claim to be one, but I strive to put out accurate information to the best of my knowledge. That being said, I will probably make an unintentional mistake here or there, so please forgive me.

I am so grateful for you, and look forward to helping hopefully many people in their journeys!
